Need help managing your electric expenses? We offer special services, bill assistance and time payment plans for customers experiencing financial hardships. For questions
about payment plan eligibility or if you are experiencing difficulty making payments, please call us toll free at 1-888-221-7070.
We also work with local nonprofit agencies that help customers in need pay their electricity bills. To qualify for financial
assistance, please call the agency in your area:
Utah
- HEAT Assistance program – If your income meets HEAT Assistance guidelines, you may be eligible for a credit on your Rocky Mountain Power bill. Mention
this to the HEAT Assistance Office when applying for financial assistance and they can assist you in enrolling for the bill
credit.
- Lend A Hand – Due to funding limitations, households with senior and disabled family members are given priority. The program
is administered by the American Red Cross. For details call 1-800-328-9272 or (801) 323-7000. Visit

- Utah Weatherization Program – The Utah Department of Community & Culture offers weatherization services at no cost to income
qualifying households. For information, please call 1-877-488-3233.

Income-qualifying customers can receive free weatherization services, which may include insulation, refrigerator replacements,
compact fluorescent light bulbs and measures that improve water heating efficiency.
