For many services, you need to
log in to your Web account. However, you may start service for your home and for new construction without having a Web account.

The application to start electric service needs to be submitted at least
two business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) prior to the date you would like your service started.

In Utah, a $10 connection fee is required and will be reflected on your first statement.

Regulatory requirements may prohibit starting service under specific circumstances.

If your electric meters are inaccessible, whether they are on or off, we will need access to them to start service in your
name.

Service will remain in your name until you notify us to stop service.

If a deposit is required, we will contact you.
