Programs and funding update:
We’re pleased to announce Rocky Mountain Power received approval from the Wyoming Public Service Commission for new and improved
energy efficiency programs for residential and business customers. The programs become available January 1, 2009.
Programs for your home include:

Home Energy Savings: This program offers incentives to customers who buy energy-efficient appliances, lighting, space conditioning equipment,
windows, insulation or other products and services for their home. Call

Refrigerator recycling: Residential customers can recycle their old refrigerator or freezer through our

Low-income weatherization services: Rocky Mountain Power partners with local nonprofit agencies to provide energy efficiency services at no cost to income eligible
households. Qualifying customers may receive help with insulation, water heating measures, refrigerators.
The programs are funded by a new Customer Efficiency Services Charge that will appear on customer bills starting in January
2009.
Equipment must be purchased on or after January 1, 2009 to be eligible for incentives.

Wyoming Energy Conservation Network
– This Web site offers an online energy analysis tool and includes other energy-efficiency advice and resources for Wyoming
residents.
Department of Energy Online Home Audit
– Take a few minutes to complete this online survey about your home and its energy usage. You'll find out how you currently
use energy and get detailed instructions on how to reduce your energy consumption.
Home Energy Analysis
– Fill out this paper survey and mail it to us. We'll send you back customized recommendations on how to save energy.
Wyoming Average Electricity Use – Find out which appliances have the biggest impact on your electricity bill so you can determine how to reap the most savings.
